Preparation for the Parent Meeting
- Collect "Parent Meeting" forms as well as reinforce date and time of meeting. (remind them a deposit is needed ASAP)
- Call Uniropa to review:
- Costing
- Itinerary
- Optional Activities
- Research the destinations
Parent Meeting Agenda
- Introduce yourself, the proposed trip, and what you would like to accomplish by such an excursion.
- Introduce Uniropa Student Educational Holidays (background, values, etc.)
- Distribute Uniropa parent booklets, application forms, etc.
- Review with parents:
- Destination
- Sample itinerary
- Costing
- Travel Insurance
- Meal plans
- Optional activities
- Passport Requirements
- Collect deposits and applications forms (or deadline for deposits / application forms ASAP )
- Contact Uniropa next day for update
NOTA BENE
If parents and students are interested yet cost is an issue we can consider an alternate mode
of travel and reduce the number of meals along with activities that are included in our
comprehensive package to make it more affordable for the students and parents.
